Greenbrier Baptist Church
Master Plan prepared for 85,000 SF facility on 10 acres. Phase I included the main sanctuary with classrooms on the side and Phase II for a three-story educational wing. Future phases called for Family Life Center, music wing, administrative wing and additional classroom space.
This is a project developed for Greenbrier Baptist Church. Original estimate was $1,428,300. Construction value was $1,413,102.
