Project included exterior and interior renovations for a 26,447 SF building. It included a 18,090 SF hangar deck for helicopters and two wings as office and storage spaces. Major repairs included the 24,000 SF roof, window replacement with matching insulated steel frames, replacement of historical doors and frames, new ADA designed toilets, and locker rooms and HVAC systems.
