Modern design of a 28,000 SF two-story Officer's Club / Golf Club multi-purpose facility with a southern plantation appearance. Project included full kitchen and ballroom, an Officers' Bar and NCO Bar, restaurant and golf pro shop, lockers and shower facilities. Complete floor plans, elevations and 3-D video presentation were prepared.
