Design of Office/Warehouse complex consisting of multiple buildings. Included Office/warehouse building of approximately 34,000 SF. Complete exterior with shell interior. Build-out of one 25x75 unit with office spaces, toilets and warehouse. Office building is approximately 20,000 SF an includes complete exterior, build-out of common area with common toilets, one wing with finished corridor and floor to slab with mechanicals roughed in. This project is being bid in late January 2007 and is Phase I of the Dominion Commerce Park.
