Columbus Station Apartments

These three-story apartment buildings contained a total of 84 units. Ultimate design had over 300 units. Rental offices and recreational areas were included with the design.

This is a project developed for The Dragas Companies. Original estimate was $2500000. Construction value was $2380000.
